Welcome to the Tuga Futebol community! Our platform is built for passionate fans of Portuguese football to discuss tactics, share match reactions, and engage with the beautiful game. To ensure this space remains safe, respectful, and legally compliant for everyone, all users must strictly adhere to these Community Guidelines.
These Community Guidelines apply to all community features, including posts, comments, replies, reactions, profiles, images, reports, and other user-generated content. They form part of the Tuga Futebol Terms and Conditions.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to help maintain a safe and respectful community, but we cannot guarantee every user’s identity, age, conduct, or the accuracy of user-generated content.
Violations may result in content removal, reduced visibility, warnings, restricted access, temporary suspension, permanent account bans, or other action, depending on the nature, severity, context, and recurrence of the violation.
1. Adults-only community
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or participate in Tuga Futebol community features.
Do not create, operate, or use an account for a person under 18. Do not attempt to bypass Tuga Futebol’s age-gate, account-security, reporting, moderation, or other technical protections.
If you believe an account belongs to a person under 18, report it through the in-app Report feature.
2. Public Posts are Public
Tuga Futebol community features are public by default unless we expressly state otherwise.
Posts, comments, replies, reactions, and public-profile content may be visible to other users and visitors, may be indexed by search engines, and may be shared externally through direct links or other means.
Do not post information that you do not want others to see, copy, quote, share, or retain. Even if you later delete a post or account, copies may remain with other users, search engines, social-media services, or third parties that accessed or shared the content before removal.
3. Privacy and Personal Information
Do not publish personal information about yourself or anyone else that could create a privacy, security, or safety risk.
This includes:
- Email addresses, telephone numbers, home addresses, precise locations, workplace or school information, account details, identity documents, passwords, or payment information.
- Contact handles intended for private communication, including WhatsApp, Telegram, Snapchat, or similar services.
- Private photographs, recordings, or other identifying information about another person without their permission.
- Information that reveals someone’s identity, location, contact details, family circumstances, health information, financial information, or private life.
Do not dox, stalk, threaten, or attempt to identify another user.
Do not ask another user for their age, real name, precise location, contact information, or other personal information. Do not pressure users to move discussions to another platform or messaging service.
(Doxxing means to share or post private information about another person without their permission often with malicious intent.)
4. Protecting Minors
We have zero tolerance for child sexual exploitation, abuse, grooming, trafficking, or predatory conduct.
You must not post, request, share, link to, generate, manipulate, sexualise, facilitate, or encourage:
- Sexual content involving, directed at, or seeking to identify minors.
- Grooming, sexual solicitation, requests for images, age/identity probing, coercion, or attempts to move conversations to other platforms or messaging apps.
- Content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAM), whether real, AI-generated, manipulated, linked, or requested.
- Content that facilitates child exploitation, human trafficking, or online enticement.
If you encounter this type of content, do not repost, download, save, or distribute it. Report it immediately through the in-app Report feature.
5. Prohibited Conduct and Content
Football debate is welcome; abuse is not. To keep the community focused on football, You must not post, upload, transmit, or otherwise engage in:
- Harassment, bullying, threats, stalking, intimidation, or targeted abuse.
- Hate speech, discriminatory content, or violence based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
- Defamatory, unlawful, obscene, excessively graphic, or sexually explicit content.
- Impersonation, scams, phishing, fraudulent ticket sales, payment requests, or deceptive commercial activity.
- Unauthorised advertising, spam, repetitive content, commercial solicitation, ticket scalping, or pyramid/multi-level-marketing schemes.
- Links to illegal streaming services, pirated broadcasts, or infringing content.
- Copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights infringement.
- Viruses, malicious code, security exploits, attempts to access another account, or attempts to disrupt Tuga Futebol.
- Attempts to bypass access controls, age gates, moderation filters, rate limits, or other safety measures.
- AI-generated content intended to deceive, impersonate, harass, create non-consensual intimate imagery, or evade Tuga Futebol’s safety controls.
6. Enforcement and How to Report
We rely on you to help keep the community safe. If you see content or conduct that may breach these Guidelines, use the in-app Report feature available on posts, comments, and profiles.
Choose the report reason that best describes the concern, including:
- Underage user
- Grooming or child exploitation
- Threats or immediate danger
- Harassment or hate speech
- Personal information or doxxing
- Sexual content
- Scam, fraud, or impersonation
- Spam or illegal streaming
- Other prohibited content
You may also use the Block feature to hide another user’s public content and prevent permitted community interactions, where applicable.
We review reports as promptly as reasonably possible and prioritise reports involving suspected child exploitation, threats, imminent harm, doxxing, or other serious safety concerns.
7. Moderation and Appeals
Bizexpanders LLC may use automated tools to detect, filter, or flag potentially prohibited content. Automated tools may assist moderation, but material decisions to suspend or permanently ban an account for policy violations are subject to human review.
We may remove, restrict, label, reduce the visibility of, or otherwise act on content or accounts that we reasonably believe breach these Guidelines, the Terms and Conditions, applicable law, or the safety of the Services.
Where appropriate and required by law, we will provide the affected user with notice of the action taken, the principal reason, the relevant rule or legal basis, and how to appeal.

8. Serious Safety Reports
For serious reports, Bizexpanders LLC may immediately restrict content or accounts, preserve relevant information, and report suspected child sexual exploitation, online enticement, trafficking, credible threats, cyberattacks, or other serious unlawful activity to competent authorities or reporting bodies where required by law or appropriate.
Tuga Futebol is not an emergency-response service and may not be able to respond immediately. If you believe that you or another person is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first:
