At Tuga Futebol, we want our community to be a place where fans can passionately debate the beautiful game of football without fear of harassment, abuse, exploitation or intimidation.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to help keep the platform safe, but we cannot guarantee every user’s identity, age, conduct, or the content they post. This page explains the tools available to help protect yourself and others.
1. The Rules of the Game
Everyone who joins our community must follow our [Link to Community Guidelines].
We do not allow hate speech, harassment, threats, doxxing, scams, grooming, sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, or conduct that puts another person at risk.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use community features.
2. How to Protect Yourself
You are always in control of your experience on Tuga Futebol. You do not have to engage with another user who makes you uncomfortable, behaves abusively, or breaches the Community Guidelines.
How to use the Block feature:
You can block another user through their profile:
- Open the user’s profile.
- Select the Options menu.
- Select Block User.
When you block a user, their public content will be hidden from you and permitted community interactions with you will be limited, where supported by the relevant feature.
Blocking does not replace reporting. If the user has threatened you, shared personal information, engaged in grooming, or otherwise created a safety concern, submit a report as well.
3. How to Report Bad Behavior
We rely on you to help us keep the community clean. Use the in-app Report feature on a post, comment, or user profile to report content or behaviour that may breach our Community Guidelines.
Report concerns such as:
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, or stalking.
- Personal information, doxxing, or impersonation.
- Underage users or attempts to bypass the age requirement.
- Grooming, sexual exploitation, or sexual content involving minors.
- Scams, fraud, ticket fraud, phishing, or illegal-streaming links.
- Inappropriate, unlawful, or dangerous content.
How to submit a report:
- Open the Options menu on the relevant post, comment, or user profile.
- Select Report.
- Choose the reason that best describes the concern.
- Submit the report.
Your report will be sent to our moderation team for review. We review reports as promptly as reasonably possible and prioritise reports involving suspected child exploitation, grooming, threats, imminent danger, doxxing, or other serious safety concerns.
Depending on the circumstances, Bizexpanders LLC may remove or restrict content, limit an account, suspend or ban a user, preserve relevant information, or report serious suspected illegal activity to appropriate authorities or reporting bodies where required by law or appropriate.
4. Child Safety and Exploitation
Tuga Futebol has zero tolerance for child sexual exploitation, grooming, trafficking, or material that sexualises or exploits minors.
If you encounter suspected child sexual abuse material or exploitation-related content:
- Do not repost, download, save, forward, or share the content.
- Report it immediately through the Tuga Futebol Report feature.
- If appropriate, report it to a specialist reporting body or law-enforcement authority.
