Tuga Futebol is an AI product operated by BizExpanders LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, AI Disclaimer, and Legal Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Informational and entertainment service
Tuga Futebol provides football-related news, commentary, match information, community features, and entertainment. It is not an official source for governing-body decisions, match administration, transfers, medical information, financial advice, legal advice, or betting advice. Always verify time-sensitive information through the relevant official source.
3. AI-generated content
Content may be created, summarised, translated, classified, or enhanced using proprietary AI technology with human oversight. AI and human review can both make mistakes. We do not guarantee that content is complete, current, accurate, or suitable for a particular decision. Additional details appear in our AI Content Disclaimer.
4. Accounts and acceptable use
When account functionality is available, you must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify us of unauthorised use. You must not:
- Use the service unlawfully, fraudulently, or to harass, threaten, defame, or impersonate another person.
- Upload malware, interfere with security, scrape at scale, overload infrastructure, or bypass technical restrictions.
- Use bots or automated systems without written permission, except ordinary search-engine indexing that respects our instructions.
- Post content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Misrepresent AI-generated content or use the service to create unlawful deceptive material.
5. Intellectual property and restrictions on copying
Tuga Futebol, its design, software, databases, selection and arrangement of content, AI workflows, branding, graphics, and original editorial material are owned by or licensed to BizExpanders LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, database-right, trade-secret, and other laws.
Except where permitted by law or expressly authorised in writing, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, redistribute, sell, license, scrape, mirror, frame, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the service. Limited personal, non-commercial viewing and sharing of links is allowed. Statutory quotation, criticism, reporting, and other mandatory exceptions remain unaffected.
Unauthorised use may result in account suspension, takedown demands, injunctive relief, damages, recovery of legal costs where available, and other remedies provided by law.
6. Third-party rights and sports data
Team names, competition names, player names, badges, photographs, trademarks, and third-party data remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement. Sports information may come from Sportmonks or other licensed or publicly available sources and may be delayed, corrected, or unavailable.
7. Community content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant BizExpanders LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, format, moderate, and distribute that content only as needed to operate and promote the service. You confirm that you have the rights required to submit it. We may remove content or restrict accounts when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, or enforcement of these Terms.
8. Payments
If paid features are introduced, prices, billing periods, renewal terms, taxes, cancellation rights, and refund conditions will be displayed before purchase. Payments may be processed by Stripe under Stripe's own terms and privacy policy. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
9. Availability and changes
Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, provider outages, sports-data delays, security incidents, and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect the service.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tuga Futebol is provided “as is” and “as available.” BizExpanders LLC disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizExpanders LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses; loss of profits, opportunities, goodwill, or data; or decisions made from unverified sports or AI-generated content. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the service during the preceding twelve months or USD 100, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
12. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify BizExpanders LLC against third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use, your submitted content, or your material breach of these Terms. This provision does not apply where prohibited by consumer law.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security risks, unlawful conduct, repeated infringement, non-payment, or material breach. Provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and accrued rights survive termination.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Delaware law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Delaware courts have jurisdiction, except that consumers retain any mandatory rights and forums available under the law of their country of residence.
