Welcome to Tuga Futebol. Tuga Futebol is a football media, community, and AI-enabled platform operated by Bizexpanders LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (File No. 10483314) (“Bizexpanders,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Bizexpanders LLC. They govern your access to and use of the Tuga Futebol website, mobile applications, AI features, community discussion forums, subscriptions, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
1. Acceptance of Terms and Minimum Age Requirements
1.1 Acceptance
By downloading, accessing, registering for, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Community Guidelines, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms and the incorporated policies, you must not access or use the Services.
1.2 Intended Audience and Guest Browsing
Tuga Futebol is a football media and community platform intended for adults aged 18 and over.
Guest users may browse a limited selection of public football news articles and statistics without creating an account. Guest access does not include community participation, commenting, AI-chat features, personalised feeds, paid subscriptions, or other interactive features.
You must not use the Services if you are under 18. We do not knowingly permit people under 18 to create an account or use the Services’ interactive, community, AI, subscription, or personalised-advertising features. If we learn that a user is under 18, we may restrict or close access and delete associated personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, subject to any limited retention necessary for safety, security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
1.3 Minimum Age for Accounts and Restricted Features
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use any restricted feature. Restricted features include:
- Community forums, comments, reactions, reporting, and other interactive community features.
- AI chatbot features and AI-assisted analysis.
- Paid subscription tiers, including Ad-Free, Premium, and Pro.
- Personalised content feeds, including Newsfeed.
We use a date-of-birth screen during account registration to apply this rule. Entering a date of birth does not constitute identity verification. We may use reasonable technical and security measures to prevent repeated attempts to bypass the age requirement.
1.4 Age Declaration and Warranty
By creating an account, you confirm that the date of birth you provide is accurate, that you are at least 18 years old, and that you have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. Account Registration, Security, and Age Verification
2.1 Account Creation
To access restricted features—including personalised feeds ("Newsfeed"), community discussions, and AI chatbot features—you must register for an account. You may register using an email and password or via third-party authentication services (e.g., Google Sign-In).
2.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at info@tugafutebol.com of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
2.3 Age Misrepresentation and Suspension
Bizexpanders reserves the right to suspend, restrict, investigate, or terminate an account where it reasonably believes a user is underage, has misrepresented their age, presents a safety risk, or breaches these Terms. Any suspension or termination executed under this section is subject to applicable law, app-store rules, and any mandatory refund rights.
3. Subscription Tiers, Billing, and Refunds
3.1 Subscription Tiers
Tuga Futebol offers free and paid subscription tiers:
- Free Account: Access to general football news and basic match information. Ad-supported.
- Ad-Free Tier: No advertising and no advertising/marketing tracking technologies while the paid subscription is active, as described in our Cookie Policy.
- Premium Tier: Ad-free viewing plus exclusive content and strategic analysis.
- Pro Tier: Ad-free viewing, exclusive content, strategic analysis, and interactive AI chatbot access.
3.2 Payment Processors and Channels
Your payment mechanism depends on the platform used to purchase your subscription:
- Website Subscriptions: Processed exclusively through Stripe.
- iOS Mobile Application Subscriptions: Processed exclusively through Apple In-App Purchases (IAP). We do not direct iOS users within the iOS application to purchase digital subscriptions through an external website payment method.
- Android Mobile Application Subscriptions: Processed exclusively through Google Play Billing.
3.3 Recurring Monthly Billing and No Trial Periods
All paid subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless you cancel before the next renewal date shown at checkout or in your relevant account, Apple ID, or Google Play subscription settings.
Billing begins immediately when you complete your purchase. Tuga Futebol does not currently offer free trials for paid subscriptions.
The date, price, billing interval, and renewal terms that apply to your subscription will be displayed before you complete your purchase and in your purchase confirmation. The exact timing of charges may be subject to the applicable payment provider’s or app store’s billing processes.
3.4 Pricing, Currency, and Taxes
Tuga Futebol’s base website prices may be stated in United States Dollars (USD). The price shown at checkout is the price applicable to your purchase.
For purchases through Stripe, Apple, or Google Play, the final price, currency, available payment methods, and applicable taxes are determined and displayed by the relevant payment processor or app store before you complete the purchase. Prices may differ by country, currency, platform, local tax treatment, app-store pricing, promotions, or other legally permitted regional factors.
Where required by applicable law, the total amount shown before you submit your order will include applicable taxes, fees, and mandatory charges. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your bank, card issuer, mobile carrier, or payment provider that are outside Bizexpander’s control.
We may change subscription prices from time to time. Any price change will apply only as permitted by applicable law and the relevant payment provider or app-store rules. Where required, we will provide advance notice and an opportunity to cancel before a price increase takes effect.
3.5 Cross-Platform Entitlements and Restore Purchases
Subject to the availability of the relevant subscription tier on each platform, an active subscription may be accessed across supported devices when you sign in using the same Tuga Futebol account.
Subscriptions purchased through the Tuga Futebol website may be recognised in the mobile applications. Subscriptions purchased through Apple In-App Purchases or Google Play Billing may be recognised across supported devices when linked to the relevant Tuga Futebol account.
For iOS purchases, you may restore eligible Apple In-App Purchases through the Restore Purchases feature in the app settings. For Android purchases, you may restore or manage eligible Google Play subscriptions through the applicable Google Play account settings and any available restore feature in the app.
The availability, price, billing, cancellation, restoration, and refund handling of app-store purchases are also subject to Apple’s or Google’s applicable terms and policies.
3.6 Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time prior to your next renewal date. Website subscriptions can be canceled in your account settings; iOS and Android subscriptions must be canceled directly through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
- Effect of Cancellation: If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current monthly billing cycle. You will retain full access to your paid tier features until that next renewal date would have occurred.
- No Partial Refunds: Because you retain access through the end of the billing cycle, we do not offer partial or pro-rated refunds for mid-month cancellations. Except where strictly required by applicable consumer law or native app-store policies, all subscription fees are non-refundable.
3.7 Consumer cancellation and withdrawal rights
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these Terms.
If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that provides a statutory withdrawal or cancellation right for distance contracts, you may have the right to withdraw from a paid subscription within the legally applicable period.
Where we provide immediate access to paid digital content or services during that period, we will obtain any express consent and acknowledgement required by law before access begins. If you validly exercise a withdrawal right, any refund will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
For purchases made through Apple or Google, cancellation, refund, and withdrawal processes may also be subject to the applicable app-store rules. For website purchases, contact us at info@tugafutebol.com or use the cancellation tools in your account settings.
4. Intellectual Property, Proprietary Rights, and AI Scraping Prohibitions
4.1 Ownership of Platform Material
The Services contain material owned by, created by, or licensed to Bizexpanders, including software code, application architecture, database structures, user-interface designs, logos, branding, trademarks, domain names, proprietary AI curation workflows, and original editorial content created by us (collectively, “Platform IP”).
As between you and Bizexpanders, all rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform IP are owned by Bizexpanders or its applicable third-party licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except for User-Generated Content, which is governed by section 6.4, and third-party material or licensed data, which is governed by section 4.4, nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in the Services or Platform IP.
You may use the Services and Platform IP only under the limited personal, non-commercial licence granted in section 4.2.
4.2 Limited License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Bizexpanders grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the content on Tuga Futebol strictly for your personal, non-commercial use.
4.3 Prohibition of Commercial Use, Data Mining, and AI Scraping
You agree that you will not, directly or indirectly:
- Reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, license, or commercially exploit any content from the Services.
- Use any robot, spider, scraper, deep link, or automated data-gathering tool to access, monitor, copy, or extract data or content from the Services.
- Scrape, mine, extract, or utilise any content, text, data, or output from Tuga Futebol to train, fine-tune, develop, or validate any artificial intelligence, machine learning model, or automated database.
4.4 Third-Party Trademarks and Imagery
Club logos, team crests, player photographs, and trademarks displayed on the platform may be supplied under licence by third-party providers (e.g., API Football, Sportmonks). Bizexpanders is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any football club, league, federation, or player. All third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.
5. AI Features and AI-Generated Content Disclaimers
5.1 AI Content Generation
Tuga Futebol uses AI-enabled tools, including its own and third-party interfaces and infrastructure, to generate, organise, summarise, and assist with football-related content. We may also generate or materially assist with synthetic images and video.
AI-generated or materially AI-assisted content may be labelled or disclosed as required by applicable law. AI-generated text published to inform the public on matters of public interest that has not undergone human review or editorial control will be disclosed accordingly.
5.2 Direct Interaction with AI
When using the Pro tier chatbot or interactive AI features, you acknowledge that you are interacting directly with an artificial intelligence system and not a human being.
5.3 Informational Purpose Only and No Warranties
AI-generated outputs are provided strictly for general entertainment and football discussion purposes. AI systems may generate inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or outdated information ("hallucinations"). Bizexpanders makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated output. AI outputs do not constitute professional, financial, legal, medical, or sports-betting advice.
6. Community Features, User-Generated Content, and Safety Rules
6.1 User Conduct in Community Forums
When participating in public discussion forums, comments, or community features, you agree to interact respectfully. You are strictly prohibited from posting, uploading, or transmitting any content that:
- Is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, or obscene.
- Promotes hate speech, discrimination, or violence based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
- Infringes upon any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
- Contains unauthorised advertising, spam, commercial solicitation, ticket scalping, or links to illegal streaming services.
- Contains viruses, malicious code, or attempts to disrupt platform functionality.
Adding to the above posting, uploading, or transmitting the following content is strictly prohibited:
- Doxxing or sharing another person’s personal information, including address, phone number, email, location, workplace, school, account credentials, or social-media contact details, without permission.
- Sexual harassment, sexual solicitation, grooming, coercion, requests for sexual content, or attempts to move a user to another platform for exploitative purposes.
- Child sexual abuse material, sexualised content involving minors, content facilitating exploitation/trafficking, or attempts to identify or contact minors for sexual purposes.
- Scams, phishing, impersonation, payment requests, fraudulent ticket sales, or deceptive commercial activity.
- AI-generated content intended to deceive, impersonate, harass, create non-consensual intimate imagery, or evade safety measures.
- Attempts to bypass technical protections, moderation filters, access controls, age gates, or rate limits.
6.2 Zero Tolerance for Exploitation and Grooming of Minors
Bizexpanders maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding child sexual exploitation, abuse, grooming, and human trafficking. You are strictly prohibited from using the Services to solicit, contact, facilitate, or share inappropriate material regarding minors. Any violation will result in immediate account termination, permanent bans, preservation of data, and reporting to competent authorities.
6.3 Blocking and Reporting Tools
Users have access to in-app tools to manage their community interactions:
- Block Feature: You may block any user to hide their public content and prevent permitted community interactions, where applicable.
- Report Feature: Every community post and comment features a "Report" button to flag abusive, inappropriate, or underage content to our moderation team.
6.4 Ownership and License to User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of the original text, comments, images, and other content you post through the community features (“User Content”).
By submitting User Content to Tuga Futebol, you confirm that you have the rights necessary to submit that User Content and grant Bizexpanders a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, store, display, reproduce, format, adapt, moderate, distribute, and promote the User Content, in whole or in part, solely as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, improve, and promote the Services.
This licence ends when your User Content is removed from the Services, except to the extent that:
- Other users have shared, quoted, or copied the content before its removal;
- We retain de-identified community content as described in section 6.5;
- Retention is necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, enforcement of these Terms, or the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.
6.5 Public Nature of Community Content
Community features are public by default unless we expressly state otherwise. Content that you post in public forums, comments, or other public community areas may be visible to other users and non-registered visitors, may be indexed by search engines, and may be shared externally through direct links or other means.
Even if you later delete your account or User Content, copies may remain with other users, search engines, social-media services, or third parties that accessed or shared the content before its removal.
Do not post personal, confidential, sensitive, financial, account, location, contact, or other information that you do not wish to make public. You are responsible for deciding what information you choose to include in User Content.
6.6 Account Deletion, Post Deletion, and De-identification
You may delete your account and, where the relevant feature permits, delete your own User Content.
If you delete your account, we will remove or de-identify your account name, display name, username, and profile picture associated with your public User Content without undue delay. To preserve the continuity and readability of community discussions, the text of User Content may remain published in a de-identified form, for example attributed to “[Deleted User]”.
User Content may have been viewed, copied, shared, quoted, indexed, cached, or otherwise retained by other users, search engines, social-media services, or third parties before deletion. Bizexpanders cannot control copies of User Content that are no longer hosted or controlled by us. Where required by applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to remove, de-index, or request the removal of User Content and associated personal data from systems under our control and, where appropriate, notify known recipients of an erasure request.
If you believe that retained User Content identifies you or contains personal data about you that should be removed, you may submit a request through the relevant report feature or contact info@tugafutebol.com with sufficient details to locate the content. We will assess and, where required by applicable law, remove or redact the relevant content.
6.7 Emergencies and Urgent Safety Concerns
Tuga Futebol is not an emergency-response service and may not be able to respond immediately to reports. If you believe that you or another person is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services immediately. In the European Union, call 112; in the United Kingdom, call 999; and in the United States or Canada, call 911.
You should also use the in-app Report feature to report suspected grooming, exploitation, threats, doxxing, harassment, or other prohibited conduct.
7. Moderation, Account Suspension, and Law Enforcement Cooperation
7.1 Content Moderation, Notices, and Appeals
We may use automated tools to detect, filter, or flag potentially prohibited content. Automated tools may assist with moderation, but material decisions to suspend or permanently ban an account for a policy violation are subject to human review.
We may remove, restrict, label, reduce the visibility of, or otherwise act on content or accounts that we reasonably believe violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, applicable law, or the safety of the Services.
Where appropriate and required by law, we will provide the affected user with a clear notice describing the action taken, the principal reason for it, the relevant rule or legal basis, and how to appeal. Appeals may be submitted to info@tugafutebol.com and will be reviewed by a human moderator.
7.2 No Guarantee of User Conduct
Bizexpanders uses reasonable technical and organisational safety measures but cannot guarantee that the community will be completely free from harmful, inaccurate, or offensive conduct. Bizexpanders does not guarantee every user’s true identity, age, or conduct.
7.3 Law Enforcement Cooperation and Mandatory Reporting
Bizexpanders may preserve account information, communications, and diagnostic data, and disclose such information to law enforcement agencies or competent government authorities where required by law or where necessary to address suspected child sexual exploitation, human trafficking, imminent physical harm, cyberattacks, or other serious unlawful activity.
8. User Representations, Warranties, and Indemnification
8.1 User Representations
You represent and warrant that all information you provide to Bizexpanders (including your birth date) is accurate, current, and truthful, and that your use of the Services complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
8.2 Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bizexpanders, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against third-party claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, and reasonable legal fees arising from or relating to, to the extent caused by:
- Your breach of these Terms or violation of applicable law;
- Any material misrepresentation by you regarding your age, identity, or eligibility to use the Services;
- User Content submitted or posted by you that infringes a third party’s intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights, or constitutes unlawful conduct; or
- Your unauthorised commercial use, data mining, automated scraping, or extraction of the Services or Platform IP.
This indemnity does not apply to the extent that a claim, liability, loss, damage, or expense is caused by Bizexpanders’ breach of these Terms, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or failure to comply with applicable statutory safety, consumer-protection, or data-protection obligations.
This indemnity is subject to section 9 (Mandatory Rights and Non-Excludable Liability).
9. Mandatory Rights and Non-Excludable Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or limits any consumer right, legal remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or limited under applicable law.
Without limiting the above, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or any other liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
SUBJECT TO SECTION 9 (MANDATORY RIGHTS AND NON-EXCLUDABLE LIABILITY), THE SERVICES INCLUDING ALL CONTENT, AI FEATURES, COMMUNITY FORUMS, AND STATISTICAL DATA, ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. BIZEXPANDERS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
BIZEXPANDERS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, FREE OF VIRUSES, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
11. Limitation of Liability
SUBJECT TO SECTION 9 (MANDATORY RIGHTS AND NON-EXCLUDABLE LIABILITY), TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BIZEXPANDERS, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF BIZEXPANDERS FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF:
- THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO BIZEXPANDERS FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR
- ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($100.00 USD).
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
12.1 Governing Law
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules.
If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory protections available under the law of your country of habitual residence.
12.2 Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim, you agree to first contact Bizexpanders at info@tugafutebol.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to initiating formal legal proceedings.
12.3 Jurisdiction
Subject to section 9, and except where mandatory legal rules provide otherwise, any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services may be brought in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, United States, and Bizexpanders and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from bringing a claim in a court that has jurisdiction under mandatory applicable law, including any court in the consumer’s country of habitual residence where such jurisdiction is required by consumer-protection law.
13. Notices and Communications
We may send service-related notices and information about your account or subscription to the email address associated with your account, through the Services (for example, in-app messages), or by other reasonable electronic means. You are responsible for keeping your contact details up to date and for regularly checking the Services and your email for important notices. You may contact us about these Terms at info@tugafutebol.com.
Where we send a notice by email, we will treat it as delivered when our email system records it as sent, provided no delivery failure notification is received. This does not affect any statutory requirements about how we must give you notice or any rights you have under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from using another method of notice or communication where required by applicable law.
14. Miscellaneous Provisions
14.1 Force Majeure
Neither Party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms (except for accrued payment obligations) where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Such events include, but are not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, war, terrorism, riots, civil unrest, labor disputes, government orders, national emergencies, cyberattacks, distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, power grid failures, or major upstream cloud and infrastructure outages (including failures of third-party cloud, hosting, or AI API providers such as DigitalOcean, MongoDB, or OpenAI).
14.2 Entire Agreement (Whole Agreement)
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Community Guidelines, constitute the entire, complete, and exclusive agreement between you and Bizexpanders regarding your access to and use of the Services. This agreement supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, representations, understandings, or agreements (whether written, oral, or electronic) between you and Bizexpanders regarding the Services.
14.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction or regulatory authority to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original legal intent. If modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
14.4 Assignment and Transfer
Bizexpanders may assign, transfer, delegate, or novate its rights and obligations under these Terms to a successor, affiliate, or third party in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganisation, financing, asset sale, transfer of the Tuga Futebol business, or operation of law.
Any successor or transferee will remain responsible for performing the obligations applicable to the Services. We will provide notice of a material transfer where required by applicable law. If the transfer materially changes the Services, your contractual rights, or the entity responsible for processing your personal data, we will provide any additional notice, choice, cancellation, or other rights required by applicable law.
You may not assign, transfer, delegate, or sublicense your account, subscription, or rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. This does not restrict you from exercising any statutory cancellation, withdrawal, portability, or other consumer right. Any attempted transfer by you that is not permitted by this section is ineffective to the extent allowed by law.
14.5 Survival
Any provision of these Terms that by its nature or express terms is intended to survive termination or expiration shall survive the cancellation, closure, or termination of your account or subscription. This includes, without limitation:
- Section 4 (Intellectual Property, Proprietary Rights, and AI Scraping Prohibitions)
- Section 5 (AI Features and AI-Generated Content Disclaimers)
- Section 8 (User Representations, Warranties, and Indemnification)
- Section 10 (Disclaimer of Warranties)
- Section 11 (Limitation of Liability)
- Section 12 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution)
- Section 13 (Notices and Communications)
- Section 14 (Miscellaneous Provisions)
- Any outstanding payment or accounting obligations.
15. Changes to Terms and Contact Information
15.1 Updates and Material Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time for valid reasons, including to reflect changes to the Services, new features, security requirements, applicable law, regulatory guidance, payment-provider or app-store requirements, or our business operations.
For minor, administrative, clarifying, or non-material changes that do not adversely affect your rights or obligations, we may update the Effective Date at the top of these Terms.
If we make a material change that adversely affects your rights, materially changes the Services, or materially alters your paid subscription features, we will provide reasonable advance notice, normally at least 30 days before the change takes effect, by email, prominent in-app notification, or another appropriate method.
If you do not agree to a material change, you may cancel your subscription and close your account as in section 3 before the revised Terms take effect. If you continue to use the Services after the effective date of the revised Terms, you will be treated as having accepted the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Changes to subscription prices are governed by section 3 and will also be subject to the notice, consent, cancellation, and other requirements of applicable law and the relevant payment provider or app store.
